We envision Barangay Bongtolan as an economically progressive, self-reliant, clean and healthy; peace-loving and cooperative residents empowered by participative and responsive Barangay governance and politically willed leaders.

MISSION

To attain our vision, the Barangay endeavors to:

-eradicate poverty situation in the Barangay;

-participatory governance, sincere and dedicated leaders reinforced efficient revenue generation;

-maintain and establish health programs; and

-promote peace and order
